1) What is Financial Aid?
Financial aid is money to help pay for college. Grants, work-study, loans, and scholarships help make college affordable.
Grants and Scholarships are funds provided by the state government that does not need to pay back.

2) How to Efficiently Apply for Financial Aid?
a) FAFSA Application
Start date: Oct 1st every year
End date: June 30th every year
Any corrections or updates: September 11th every year
b) Gather all necessary materials: remember your FAFSA login, Parent’s tax form, Student’s tax form (if applicable), and use the IRS tools to retrieve tax information.

3) Why is Financial Aid Important?
Financial Aid is important for all college students. It helps them pay off their college tuition, food expense, travel expense, and college dorm (if applicable).
